Our phones mean the world to us, we use them for every facet of life. From contacting our friends and family to trying to find that song you can get out of your head, It's safe to say our phones are vital to us.

Our cellphone holds a lot of our very sensitive information, that in the wrong hands could prove unfortunate. With that being said security over this information is of the utmost importance, and having a secure OS(Operating System) could mean the difference in a useful or corrupt device.

Apple has released iOS 14.4, which fixed some security bugs discovered by Webkit, in the previous update 14.3. These bugs proved to be a high risk, and exploitable by hackers, causing Apple to urge its customers to get the new update, to avoid any issues. This release came Tuesday, February 2, 2021, fixing three bugs that were being "actively" exploited by hackers.

Because Apple hasn't given any further details into the issue, it is currently unknown what exact vulnerabilities were exploited, and who fell victim to it. The update also adds a camera update for scanning smaller QR codes, as well as HDR photo capturing issues.

Hopefully, this can all be brought to light and figured out, in order to keep customer and consumer risk to a minimum. In the meantime, enjoy your new and improved Apple products.
